Please join us for a panel discussion featuring parents from Federal Hill Prep, Roland Park and Mt. Washington who worked to transform their neighborhood public schools into attractive options for all neighborhood families. Panelists include Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance’s Judy O’Brien, Johns Hopkins director of community affairs Salem Reiner, and others.
When: April 25, refreshments at 7pm, panel at 7:30
Where: Village Learning Place, 2521 St. Paul (tentative)
Who: All parents/caregivers who are considering school options for their kids. We think this will be an extremely beneficial discussion and we encourage both parents to attend if possible. Childcare may be provided for a small fee. Please email email@example.com if you are attending and are interested in childcare.
Survey: In order for us to tailor the discussion to the particular concerns and desires of our community, we ask that everyone who plans to attend (and those who can’t attend but have an opinion on Charles Village education options) to please fill out a short survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/LLJNZHC. Your response by Friday, April 20, is appreciated.
